Will Bogdanoff is a dedicated Realtor with a passion for helping clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions - finding the right place to call home! After spending 15 years in education as a teacher and school principal, Will transitioned into real estate, bringing with him strong skills in communication, leadership, organization, and mentorship. He holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Boise State University, further strengthening his strategic and client-focused approach.
Before his career in education, Will spent summers fighting wildfires as a Wildland Hotshot Firefighter, an experience that shaped his work ethic, resilience, and calm-under-pressure mindset. Today, he brings that same grit and leadership to guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process with confidence and care.
Will has personally bought and sold seven properties, designing and building several of them along the way, including his current home. He has extensive first hand experience in the Boise market, giving Will a deep understanding of both the financial and emotional sides of buying and selling. Handy by nature and knowledgeable about construction and property details, he helps clients see the full potential, as well as potential challenges, of every home.
Known for being caring, trustworthy, and family-oriented, Will is married with two boys and is deeply rooted in the community. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him in Idaho’s backcountry fly fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, or picking morel mushrooms in the early summer.
