Derek Cassel is West Real Estate Group’s Designated Broker. Recently celebrating his 23rd year as a licensed Realtor, he has an incredible depth of knowledge about Idaho Real Estate contracts and holds a Graduate Realtor Institute Designation (GRI).

Derek is able to leverage his experience and knowledge to help guide and protect his Clients throughout the home buying process. He has a passion for educating homebuyers in the specific details of a home in order for them to make informed decisions that will best fit their needs and goals. He even helps both his Clients and his team to better understand the current housing market by producing his own graphs and charts each month detailing the market trends!
