CJ is passionate about being a Realtor and loves helping his Clients make their homeownership dreams a reality. With real estate investors as parents, CJ was taught at a young age the benefits of owning real estate and now finds pride in helping others buy, sell, or invest.

Considering himself somewhat of a ‘goofy dude’ CJ is fun-loving and positive. He has a love for BBQ, playing musical instruments and is fascinated by space and physics. His humorous yet competent personality will shine through the moment you get to know him.
When not at work, he, along with his wife Nelja Westwood, run a property management company which is a huge value add for those interested in learning more about the Boise rental market. Although real estate is a big deal in the Westwood household, CJ feels great satisfaction in being a family man to his amazing wife and two adorable young boys.
