John began his career in real estate finance, working as a licensed mortgage loan officer for more than a decade before becoming a Realtor. In his very first year in sales, he earned the Rookie of the Year Award, setting the tone for a career built on drive, dedication, and results. Now, with over 20 years of combined experience in mortgages, real estate sales, and brokerage leadership, John has built one of Meridian’s most trusted real estate companies. Since its founding in 2012, West Real Estate Group has grown into the #1 top-rated real estate group in Meridian on Google, proudly serving families across Boise, Meridian, and the Treasure Valley.

Education and continual growth are central to John’s success. He holds an Idaho Broker license, a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, and is the Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) for the Treasure Valley. As the co-owner of West Real Estate Group, Victoria is extremely passionate about the company’s success and reputation in the community. Being a Registered Nurse and having spent most of her adult life working in the Emergency Room, Victoria has developed an abundance of skills that enable her to thrive in the real estate world. As the company continues to experience tremendous growth, she has transitioned fully from her nursing career to dedicate her time and expertise to helping the business thrive, supporting the team, and ensuring clients receive the highest level of service.

As the Director of Operations, her top priorities are ensuring quality, execution, and consistency for every home sale or purchase West Real Estate Group is a part of. She accomplishes this by maintaining a clear vision of the big picture while meticulously managing the small details that keep systems and operations running smoothly. Her ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment allows her to successfully oversee the many projects and events that West Real Estate Group continuously focuses on. By handling the business aspects of the company, she enables the team to do what they do best meeting the needs and desires of the clients they serve.

In addition to her leadership role, Victoria has a growing passion for real estate investing and loves finding creative ways to purchase and manage rental properties. She enjoys learning new investment strategies and sharing that knowledge with others who want to build wealth through real estate.

Like any true Idaho native, Victoria’s favorite place to be is with her family, taking in all the natural beauty the state has to offer. She loves caring for her horses, kids, and abundant houseplants, as well as staying active through hiking, biking, and exploring new trails. Victoria also competes in both Western and English riding, and proudly earned her first buckle in the summer of 2025. She loves exploring new destinations with her family and embracing the beauty of different cultures.
